American Paradigm School’s sexual harassment policies continue to apply during remote learning. Any harassment or discrimination that occurs within a program or activity of the school, including all online instruction, is subject to APS policies as outlined in the employee handbook. APS will also respond to concerns in which harassment or discrimination happens outside of school matters where that conduct is so severe as to cause significant harm within the school community or to a community member.

We would continue to take in reports and to investigate matters while the schools are operating remotely. We would use remote technology to investigate cases and hold hearings. We continue to work to hold cases to existing APS timelines.

Ethics and Compliance Reporting

American Paradigm Schools in conjunction with school leadership has developed a 100 % confidential Internet-based reporting tool to give all staff an anonymous and confidential way to address misconduct in the workplace or classroom setting due to mismanagement of funds, fraud, or other violations of law or school policy.

What is APS EthicsPoint and how do I file a report?

EthicsPoint is a tool that we created with survey monkey.  By using EthicsPoint, the person who is raising the question or concern may choose to remain anonymous.  This link takes you directly to the survey:
