All members of the public are welcome to attend the Board of Trustees’ meetings. Those who wish to participate in public commentary are asked to register by 5pm the day before a scheduled meeting. Comments will be limited to three minutes unless the Board of Trustees decides to grant additional time. Commentators who wish to register may do so by contacting Deborah Smith at dsmith@ap-schools.org or by telephone at 215-743-3100.

All meetings will begin at 6 pm on the 4th Wednesday of each month except for November 19th, December 17th and May 20th the 3rd Wednesday of the month all meetings will be via Zoom.
